1.1 Application
Button pull tensile test equipment is used to determine the holding or breaking strength of prong-ring attached snap fasteners onto garments,prevent the buttons divorce from the clothing，which case the dangerous if baby swallowing the buttons. So that every button and fixed parts on the clothing are required the detection of the button pull test.
Button pull testis a important testing procedure，especially in Infant and children's clothing design and manufacturing. On the button fasteners apply a suitable power through the intensity of the instrument to record.When the tension table shows the appropriate intensity,the operator should immediately press the timer in order to calculate the time。
1.2 Scope
The purpose of Button pull test equipment to test the buttons and fasteners properly secured in the garment to defend the responsibility of the garment manufacturer. 6、Based on clause 4.21 EN 71: Part 1: 1988requirement，When the largestbuttonsizeisgreater than6mmor less than /equal toat6mm，buttons must beable to withstand90N(Newton)及50Npulling power.
7、Buttons must beadoptedclause 4.18 EN 71: part 1: 1988testing standards set bythesharpedge.
8、When the test is carried out in accordance with the standards listed in the steps(clause 4.21 EN 71: Part 1: 1988)，they should notbecrackedandspread。
9、When thesize reaches116 cm(6years old )must be through a smallobjecttest.
