The hydraulic horizontal tensile test machine adopts a single-rod double-acting cylinder frame structure. The computer control system controls the entire test process. The test data is measured by the load sensor and transmitted to the computer. The software system displays the test force and piston displacement in real time, and can automatically analyze, process and store the test results. The printer can directly print the required test report. The frame has high rigidity and strength, small deformation, and adjustable test space, which is convenient for testing specimens of different lengths. It adopts a closed-loop coordinated loading electro-hydraulic servo control system. The microcomputer controls the coordinated multi-level hydraulic loading, continuous and stable loading, multi-level test force maintenance, automatic load retention, automatic data collection and storage, curve drawing, and automatic test report printing. The computer controls the test process in a timely manner, displays the test force and test curve, and the operation is simple and reliable, which is easy to operate.

Products Advantages
1. Host system
The host part is mainly composed of the cylinder seat, cylinder piston, front moving chuck seat, rear moving chuck seat, main frame and other parts. The cylinder seat, steel plate welding frame and rear moving chuck seat form a force frame, and the front moving chuck seat and rear moving chuck seat connect the two ends of the specimen. The single-rod double-acting low-friction piston cylinder drives the front moving chuck seat to move under the action of hydraulic oil, thereby applying the test force to the specimen. The rear moving chuck seat and the frame are connected by a pin, and the pin is manually inserted. The computer control system realizes automatic control of the test by controlling the servo valve.
The frame is welded in the form of H-shaped steel, with full welds, high rigidity and stable structure. It is mainly composed of the cylinder seat, left and right frames, rear sealing plate and other parts. There are holes on the frame to adjust the distance of the pins, and the adjustment interval is 500mm.
The single-rod double-acting piston cylinder is processed by high-precision machine tools to ensure accuracy, and the final process of the inner hole of the cylinder is precisely processed by a honing machine, thereby reducing the friction of the cylinder piston and improving the measurement accuracy and service life of the testing machine. Imported seals are used, which have low friction and long service life. The structural diagram is shown below:
The machine uses a spoke-type load cell, which has good resistance to lateral force and accurate force measurement.
2. Hydraulic system
The hydraulic system consists of two parts, high-pressure and low-pressure systems, which share a fuel tank. The high-pressure system and the low-pressure system are independent of each other, which reduces the hydraulic interference between the high-pressure and low-pressure systems and improves the control accuracy.
The high-pressure system is a servo system, which is controlled by a servo valve and adopts a differential oil circuit system. Under the condition of meeting the test requirements, it can save the test preparation time to the maximum extent. The pump station is equipped with a precision oil filter not larger than 5μ; the pressure following system is adopted. As the load increases, the pressure of the hydraulic system increases at the same time, ensuring the stability of the loading speed; the overflow valve controls the maximum pressure of the system, which has a safety protection function; the whole system is designed according to the principles of energy saving and simple layout; the fuel tank is equipped with an electronic oil temperature and oil level gauge, a high-pressure oil filter, an air filter, etc., and is equipped with oil temperature, liquid level, oil resistance protection and indication devices.
3. Electrical system
The electrical system adopts an integrated control cabinet. The high-voltage system consists of a low-voltage starter cabinet and an operating console. The low-voltage part is configured outside the oil source to reduce the impact of system startup on the grid voltage; the operating console adopts a desktop structure and is arranged in the test operation area. It has a built-in remote low-voltage start control device, and a specially designed operating panel makes all kinds of test operations clear at a glance. This control cabinet integrates a computer, display, keyboard, mouse, printer and high-voltage control operating system, which is simple and easy to use.
4. Servo control system
Basic principle of electro-hydraulic servo control technology: The electro-hydraulic servo control system has the advantages of large output (torque) and fast response. It has the flexibility, rapidity and high control accuracy of electrical control, as well as the high-power operation capability of hydraulic control. It can also be connected to a computer to perform various complex controls and data processing; it can perform static deformation tests and conventional mechanical property tests. In recent years, test equipment using electro-hydraulic servo control technology has become the main representative of advanced test equipment in the world.
