    Instrument characteristics

    1. Efficiency detection: The brand high-precision dust particle counter is used to detect the concentration of upstream and downstream particles to ensure accurate and stable sampling;

    2. Flow detection: The system test flow mainly provides dry and clean compressed air from the outside. There is a voltage-stabilizing and stabilizing device installed inside to ensure the stability of the detection flow, and the automatic control system is simple, fast and stable.

    3. Aerosol generation: The Collision multi-nozzle design enables salt and oil testing on the same instrument to ensure fast and stable adjustment of the fogging concentration;

    4. Test results; Equipped with a 7-inch touch display screen, the test results are directly displayed on the interface, the user can choose to directly or save the data;

    5. Data port: external memory card, can export data, do not worry about data loss;

    6. Resistance test: The resistance pressure difference of the filter material will be obtained through the static pressure ring of its upstream and downstream test chambers, and a high-precision imported brand pressure difference transmitter is used to ensure the accuracy and stability of the pressure difference;

    7. Simple operation: The user only needs to place the filter paper in the fixture, press the button, and after adjusting the test flow, the system will automatically test the resistance and efficiency through the controller (PLC).
