Air Conditioning System:

1,air conditioning method: forced ventilation internal balance of temperature regulation method (BTC). This method means that in the case of continuous work of the heating system, the control system controls the output of the heater according to the set temperature point through the PID automatic calculation output, finally reaching a dynamic equilibrium state.

2,air circulation device: internal and external fresh air adjustable air inlet and outlet, circulation duct, and long shaft centrifugal extract fan, the use of efficient energy regulation system, through the efficient ventilation fan for effective exchange, to achieve the purpose of temperature change. By improving the airflow, the airflow and the heat exchange capacity with the heater and air table cooler are improved, thus significantly improving the temperature uniformity of the test chamber.

3,hot air extraction device: when aging different power products, the heat of the product is not the same, but the temperature inside the aging cabinet will automatically open the extractor fan when the temperature exceeds the temperature, the outside cold air will be input to the box, to stabilize the product test temperature.
