Introduction:

This tester is specially designed equipment to determine the snagging resistance of a fabric.

Mace Snag test

Test procedure:

1.Place tubular fabrics specimen on cylindrical drum of test apparatus.

2.Set the counter for 600 revolutions (approximately a 10-mm test) and operate the mace snagging tester.

3.Remove the specimens from the drums.

4.Grade the test specimen and record.
