Product Description:

Anti-yellowing aging testing machine can promote the increase of sulfur rubber deterioration, to calculate the change rate of tensile and elongation before and after heat. Its generally thought that test for one day at 70C, in theory as exposed to the atmosphere for 6 months.

Applications:

The machine can do two tests: anti-yellowing and aging.

1. Anti-yellowing: to stimulate the environment condition, driven by the sun ultraviolet radiation. It’s generally thought that the appearance change at 50’C for 9 hours, in theory as exposed to atmosphere for 6 months.

2. Aging: it can promote the increase of sulfur rubber deterioration so as to calculate the change rate of tensile and elongation before and after heat. Its generally thought that test for one day at 70C, in theory as exposed to the atmosphere for 6 months.

Instruction:

1. Temperature controller: it is used to set inner chamber temperature;

2. Timer:0~999.9H,power failure memory;

3. Fan: open the fan in the machine;

4. Dial: dialrotary switch;

5. Heat light: it will light when heat the test chamber;

6. Heat one: low temperature tests witch;

7. Times witch: timer switch;

8. Light: anti-yellowing light switch in the test chamber;

9. Finishlight: it will light when finish the test;

10. Heat two: high temperature test switch;

11. Power: main power switch;

12. Over heat protector: over heat protector switch
