The main function:

Product performance:
1)It adopts PC to control, displacement sensor to measure deformation and draw rear time curve;
2)Do the second treatment for test data on the PC directly and test data can be leaded in the OFFICE soft to edit and typeset;
3)The test frame is made of invar and its deformation is zero;
4) The tank is designed small and its cooling rate is rapid,
which save test cost;
5) Configure full set of weights according to national standard and international standard.
6) Combining the tank with stir motor to control temperature uniformity;
7) The tank is installed with cooling water pipe, which speed up cooling rate;
8)The software developed by our company support Windows98/2000/X operation system. The system soft can be installed on the all PC to use and there is Chinese and English interface. The users can add, revise and delete test report according to their needs;
9)When set parameters, fill in the parameters according to soft standard format and set the upper limit temperature (less than test temperature 50℃);
10) When calibrate deformation, set the parameters and then enter into deformation zero setting interface. The test begins.
11) The deformation and temperature measurement calibration can be done in the soft system without operating hardware equipment;
12) Users can add and delete the three curves in the test according to their needs, choose color freely and split the curves;
13) For observing temperature, users can check temperature monitoring dialog box to observe the temperature in the test process;
14) This machine has functions of warming curve real time display in the test process and temperature deformation curve real time drawing and measuring result automatic identification. It adopts database technique for test data storage;
15) It has function of constant temperature, which is applied to high frequency test and increase test efficiency;
16) It can do the test data treatment, test result query, test parameters correction and test report printing;
17) Test data can be checked easily and rapidly. Inputting temperature can check related deformation including temperature deformation;
18) Test result can be leaded in the Word edit and send it on the internet;
19) The three test frames can be used in the test with all order.
