1. Function:

Lamp type anti-yellowing testing machine is made by stimulating the sunlight of container transportation and environmental radiation to test various material or related products to see the color resistance, and thus be used for reference of the deployment of making the material and chemical raw materials.Suitable for: leather, shoes industry, corrugated paper, rubber, glue, paint, etc.

Ø Anti-yellowing: to stimulate the environment condition, driven by the sun ultraviolet radiation. It’s generally thought that the appearance change at 50’C for 9 hours, in theory as exposed to atmosphere for 6 months.

Ø Aging: it can promote the increase of sulfur rubber deterioration so as to calculate the change rate of tensile and elongation before and after heat. Its generally thought that test for one day at 70C, in theory as exposed to the atmosphere for 6 months.

3 Test Specimen Mounting:

The standard test specimen holder accommodates 2 panels 75×150mm. The test panels are actual the side wall of the chamber. To properly seal the chamber, it is important to have every panel holder filled with specimens or blank panels and to have panel holders in place.
