Bike dynamic road testing machine  is designed in accordance with the relevant standards of BG3565-2005. It is used to test the degree of damage to the tires of the electric bicycle when riding, to check whether all fixing parts are loose or broken, and whether all parts are deformed and lose function that may cause danger. When the tire is broken, it will automatically stop the test

Structure & Function:

This bike and road test machine is formed by two different diameter rollers and follows specification to install jump plates at bike’s seat post, pedals, bars, luggage carries, with load set to this tester. Adjust the distance between front and rear wheel base on the standard for complete cycles, constantly rotate the wheel by 7-27km/hr so that the bike is supposed to maintain its normal function, and no part damage or crack is found. For brake test, follow the specification specified roller’s friction coefficient, wind speed and water-spray amount of loaded brake holding handle to test the performance and judge bike's performance under the defined frequency.
